I have good XSLT skills, and Iīm free tonight. If Richard canīt take it, 
send me directions on what is needed...

An alternative to perl-scripting:

If my memory doesnīt fail me, libxslt comes with a 'driver' program, so that 
you could just use a makefile or a straight shell script with lines like 
"īdriverī corcompare.xml -o xxx.html -p īxslt paramsī".

I can make it, also, if you throw me the XSLT task in.
