[Mono-list] New AnonCVS servers.

Hello everyone!

   We have two new Anon CVS servers, one provided by Matt Liotta (US)
and one by Carlos Perelló (Spain), we have also updated the host names,
here is how they look now:

	anoncvs.go-mono.com
		This will pick any of the three anoncvs servers for you.

	anoncvs-spain-1.go-mono.com
		Reypastor server

	anoncvs-spain-2.go-mono.com
		Gnome-db.org server

	anoncvs-us-1.go-mono.com
		Matt's server in the US

   The AnonCVS servers are being updated every hour.
