[Mono-list] mcs/class/System.Data

| That's most certainly a mistake.  All those class files should be moved up
| one directory and the deeper System.Data directory should be deleted.
| Probably the build file will need to be adjusted as well.

I was wrong (and possibly temporarily insane) here.

mcs/class/System.Data is the assembly.
mcs/class/System.Data/System.Data is one of the namespaces.
