[Mono-list] pkg-config

If you are using a RedHat (wild guess ;-) ) based system ... you could
follow the steps I took, using only three RPMS (keeps the system clean
;-) ). 

I assembled them @ http://mono.baselabs.org

Only, use a CVS checked out version, I should change that on the page.
