[Mono-list] How does mono _look_ like?

As more and more people get interested in mono, they want to take a look
at it, but since they are interested for different reasons, they want to
look at mono in different ways.

People that would like to contribute want to see the sources.
People that want to learn C# on a free platform want to look at the
compiler output.
Researchers want to look at the design and data structures.
Reporters are looking for a flame war to report on (not all of them ;-).

But no one of them has really seen what mono looks like.
