[Mono-list] next mono .8 build problem on cygwin

OK, Paolo's fix resolved the first build problem which
then exposed the next build problem.

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../..
-I/usr/local/include/glib-2.0
-I/usr/local/lib/glib-2.0/include    -I../..         
-DMONO_ASSEMBLIES=\""/usr/local/lib"\"     -g -Wall
-Wunused -Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations
-c loader.c
loader.c:20: gmodule.h: No such file or directory

/bin/find did not locate that module nor *module.h.

I am mostly after mint.exe.  Have peple use that on
mono 0.8 on cygwin?
