[Mono-list] System.Uri;

Hi,

	I'm intent on finishing up/testing the System.Uri class. (It
will be slow going, as I'm relatively new to this..)

	Does anybody have any problems/issues with me doing that? 

	If not, I'll post patches here. :-)
