I wrote System.Convert back in July and that is what is in there now. At
the time I posted various findings, mostly to do with the relationship with
the core data types, discrepancies between the ECMA specification and
Microsoft's implementation, and other odds and ends. If you're interested
in working with it, you should have a look at the comments in the start of
the file.
