This seems like a good place for me to jump in.. I would like to work on
System.Convert. Who would I sumbit patches to? (And equally importantly,
grin, where's a good place for me to learn how to *make* patches?

Also, is there a document/tutorial on testing the code that I write?

Kris Matthews
