[Mono-list] How to Setup Mono on RedHat 7.3 ?

Hello,
    I am Microsoft Professional working on .Net.Our organisation 
is developing Banking Product using C# & Microsoft.Net.I am very 
eager to know about MONO on Linux.I have downloaded the Packages 
 from MONO and installed RPMs.

    When I run the following
    mcs test.cs

    It throws segmentation failure error.
    I confirmed all the required dlls like System.dll, 
System.Web.dll etc are installed.

    Please let me in detail how to successfully setup & run small 
program.
