What was the exact command line arguments used ?

I'm getting some strange errors (with Mono) when trying to extract public
keys (-s). This is part because Mono's assembly don't (currently) have
StrongName - but this should be handled correcly. I'll try to narrow it down
and fix it (if possible) or post a bug report (if necessary).

Sure - but it looks like I will have to (a) learn the format and (b) install
man on Cygwin.
Anyway this will be after vacations.
