Mono project begun before and now it's much more developed. Nobody
forbide Portable.NET proyect to look at MONO and get (for example)
implementation of classes.

I think that two projects that implements .NET technology in a lot of
platforms is good for the free software and for the MONO and P.NET
developement because when both of them release stable/finished versions
of their software, all people can test them and use the features of one
or the another...
