[Mono-list] Redhat 8.0 + RedCarpet

Miguel posted a couple of days ago that it has been
fixed.  However when I went in to take a look the day
before yesterday, I see only mono and mono-devel,
which has an unsatisfied dependency on libgc and/or
libgc-devel.

On Red Hat 7.2, all four (mono, mono-devel, libgc,
libgc-devel) rpms are present.
