[Mono-list] update on Nant & building mcs class

There is a Nant mcs task that can use mcs to build things (corlib 
already contains a mcs-build target that uses the mcs nant task).
I'm currently planning to provide mcs-build targets in all .build files 
that work this way (unless there is a better way to do this with Nant. 
I'm just beginning with Nant, so it might be there is a better to do it.
