[Mono-list] upcoming release

We plan to do a new mono release by the end of the week.
If you have pending work that may destabilize the tree, please wait for
the release before committing (or provide a compelling reason for the
inclusion of the patch).
If there are unfixed bugs that you think are show stoppers, tell us
about them (better yet provide a patch:-).
