[Mono-list] SharpDevelop 0.89 is out!

Hi everybody!

Sharpdevelop 0.89 is out with a number of new features and bug 
fixes.

Sharpdevelop can now also use mcs as compiler and use mon for 
windows as runtime for the compiled apps.
</fanfare>
Please note that this does not mean that #D can now run without the 
MS SDK!
