I will be pointing from the FAQ to the mono-beginning-windows HOWTO as soon
as I
got it on the site. You can take /mono/doc/mono-beginning-windows.xml and
take a look.
Whatever you think that needs to be changed in there, let me know.

Same thing. I will be pointing from the FAQ to the correct document, also to
mono-beginning.
This will make it easier to mantain. :)
