Thanks a lot, for these (first) advices !
But, when I try to build mcs ....after jay/ directory

on the second directory (mcs/ ) again an error.

make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/mono/mcs/mcs'
../jay/jay -ctv < ../jay/skeleton.cs cs-parser.jay >
cs-parser.cs
../jay/jay: 2 rules never reduced
../jay/jay: 29 shift/reduce conflicts, 1 reduce/reduce
conflict.
mcs /target:exe -o mcs.exe assign.cs attribute.cs
driver.cs cs-parser.cs cs-tokenizer.cs tree.cs
location.cs cfold.cs class.cs codegen.cs const.cs
constant.cs decl.cs delegate.cs enum.cs ecore.cs
expression.cs genericparser.cs interface.cs literal.cs
modifiers.cs namespace.cs parameter.cs pending.cs
report.cs rootcontext.cs statement.cs support.cs
typemanager.cs
make[1]: mcs: Command not found
make[1]: *** [mcs.exe] Error 127
