[Mono-list] How to correctly build mono/mcs ?

Hii

I'm having some troubles to get the qtcsharp bindings working, but I think 
that I have done something wrong with the mono installation.

I'm using SuSE 8.0 and mono cvs.

I compiled pkgconfig 0.12.0, then I installed glib-2.0.6. I used the 
--enable-gc-friendly parameter. 

Than installed the mono from cvs, than the mcs version 0.13. With that mcs I 
compiled the cvs mcs and corelibs.With that one I recompiled mcs with him 
self.

Then I compiled the qtcsharp bindings. Whenever I start a qtc# application I 
get the error message	

** ERROR **: No GCHandle support built-in
aborting...

Any ideas, what I could have done wrong ?
