Done.  In the glgen module, you'll find what I've been using to try to
make some OpenGL stubs for Unix.

Usage notes are kinda missing, but should be easy to figure out from
the parts that are there.  You will need some fairly complete GL
headers.  The ones from the NVIDIA_GLX package are pretty complete for
GL/GLU.  Glut you can get from any old glut developers tarball.
