[Mono-list] differences between gtk# and win32 api

Since the SharpDevelop menus are custom-drawn to look like the VS.NET menus
(which are also custom-drawn), then I expect that, when displayed on any OS,
SharpDevelop's menus will still be custom-drawn. So they should look like
the VS.NET menus regardless.
