In truth Doc extraction is part of the compiler (see below why), and mbas is
very late... My fault, I must admit...

The problem is that what you comment in XML is just PART of the
documentation that is generated. The rest comes from the code itself, and
VB6 syntax is very different (remember, there is a specific header in vb6
files, and multiple [specialized] types of files [.FRM, .FRX, .BAS, .CLS,
...]).
Maybe someone could try to develop something around GnomeBasic, but
certainly MonoBASIC (mbas) is not heading in that direction.
