[Mono-list] Launch

We have not yet come up with a schedule.  Currently we are still
implementing a lot of missing functionality in the class libraries.

The runtime on the other hand seems to be mostly feature complete now. 

It really depends on what features of .NET you need.

Yes, it can.

> Will it include complete support for the Windows Forms and GDI+
> classes?

Eventually it will, but at this point there is basically no support for
it.  I hope we will have a Windows.Forms implementation late this
summer.
