Hi,
Please see http://samachar.sourceforge.net/mailAPI.xml (right click ->
download) to see something that I have done for the background work for the
Web.Mail namespace.
I will be completing it once my exams get over. ;-)
Cheers,
Gaurav Vaish

:
: Hi,
:
: I was just starting to do some stuff on the System.Web.Mail classes
: yesterday.
:
: Perhaps we could work on it together.
:
: I think we could just use normal smtp commands for the SmtpMail class ..
: since its supposed to support normal smtp servers anyway.

: Subject: [Mono-list] System.Web.Services & System.Web.Mail
:
: Is anyone working on System.Web.Services and it's related namespaces ?
: Not that I am going to start on it straight away, I'd just like to play
: with the newly announced Google Web Service API :)
:
: Also, the Microsoft documentation for System.Web.Mail refers to the use
: of CDOSYS for sending mail. For the mono implementation would it be
: reasonable to ignore that and just implement an SMTP client ?
