[Mono-list] Oberon and another dialect

Yes its active oberon. This has the advantage of being 100% .net (i think)
and it's open source.
mono could run it. It dos not do yet, but you could look why - it's not a
problem of the compiler.
Component Pascal creates only .net apps, but the compiler itself is
native/unmanaged code.
