I think Dennis is making some stabs in that direction.  Keep in mind that 
current work on System.Windows.Forms should be concentrated on accurate 
*stubs*, and not implementations (except in the fringe cases, like enums 
and such).  Keeping a clean, stubbed version of S.W.F in the repository 
will allow for a tremendous reuse of work when using different backend 
toolkits, such as Mike's Gtk# and Adam's Qt#.
