Yikes, that was tainted code? Can I get this stuff off with a good bath?

The section in the SDK license on sample code doesn't seem particularly
devious, but maybe I'm missing something. What about the C# sample code in the
documentation -- is that dangerous too? Perhaps we could have some guidelines
on the Mono web pages.
