[Mono-list] hello.exe compiled using mcs on linux, fails to run on Windows

Short answer: not yet.
Long answer: this issue was discussed to some length on the list.
Some bugs have been fixed, but appaerently not enough to make the ms
runtime load our files. If you want to help, you can try to do your
research on the issues and post feedback/patches. For example, a list
of explanations of the error codes of PEVerify would be great.
For example, PEVerify gives the error:

Unable to OpenScopeOnMemory for IMetaDataImport:80070057

Bonus points to anyone who can figure out what it means.
