[Mono-list] Compiling mcs

If all you are interested in is having mcs and mono running on your
system, mono.baselabs.org has recent RPMS and tarballs (updated daily).

Go to:
http://mono.baselabs.org/index.php/software/

Those also include the corlib.dll and the other dll's.
