[Mono-list] Concatenation Bug

Either I'm very confused or I didn't phrase my quesiton correctly.
I know how to use CVS.  The problem is that CVS doesn't have the DLLs.
Where can I find the DLLs that I need?


This is probably an RTFM type question, but I really can't find the
updated DLLs anywhere.
