I read this news. But MS can't stop mono, because

- mono is no violating copyright
- mono is not violating patents, as they can't patent .net, but only a
_special_ technology (like the invention of the virtual machine [was there
already before], language independence [was there already before], a class
library [was there already before], and so on)

- the us/eu anti-monopoly-instututions will kill them in this case (I'm
sure!)

So what?
