It seems like corlib/the io routines don't return -1 on end of file.
Running mint --traceops mcs.exe ... may give some insight (note: the
output will likely be HUGE). Check for ReadByte calls or Peek*.
Also, what w* platform are you using? Anyone here that has not seen this
problem on some w* platform?
