[Mono-list] After compiling on cygwin, how to get it to linux?

Hi,

I managed now to compile the mcs package in cygwin with make windows
(although there was some error in some Xml classes).
Now, my question is how can I tell the mcs I compiled on my linux
machine the path to the classes that were compiled on cygwin?
