[Mono-list] Unit test for System.IO.Path fails

I found the NAnt.exe, but my build is still failing. The System.IO.Path
tests were written before I started the implementation, but I can't recall
the author's name.

A quick perusal of the code in System.IO.Path makes if obvious that it isn't
ready for testing yet anyway, as there are serveral platform specific issues
pending.

Realistically, it will be at least a week or perhaps two before I can devote
the time to finalize the class.

So feel free to work on it yourself, or remove the tests, for the time
being.
