Hi Miguel,
I am a developer on ICU (International Components for Unicode) team. We
are developing an Open source Unicode libraries (X License)  in C and
C++ and Java  for internationalization. I have looked at the
System.Globalization package in C# and it is pretty similar to the
services that we provide. My team and I were wondering if Mono project
would like to take advantage of these ready to go libraries. Our website
is http://oss.software.ibm.com/icu.
