[Mono-list] Patents and Microsoft

Michael et al,

I read somewhere that Ximian was investigating the legal ramifications with 
an OS implementation of .NET subsystems and C#, if Microsoft plays the 
wait-and-we've-got-a-patent-lawsuit game.   Has there been any resolutions 
on this issue?

Also, where are the ECMA documents?
