About that issue and some others that would benefit any of our projects, I
recommend Martin Fowler´s 'Refactoring' book. This process of testing after
nearly each small change is central to the book proposal and comes back from
Kent Beck´s eXtreme Programming non-methodology. There´s even a chapter on
JUnit (the book examples are in Java), from where NUnit evolved.

Today, both authors are subscribers to The Agile Manifesto
(http://www.sdmagazine.com/documents/s=844/sdm0108a/0108a.htm).

Fowler has also a site
(http://www.martinfowler.com/articles/newMethodology.html) where it explains
a new methodology, in which open-source is cited along eXtreme Programming
and others as a basis for better and faster development.
