[Mono-list] ppc port

Hola!

I've started porting mono to PowerPC architecture. Today I've committed
initial code so Mono/ppc is now able run simple "hello world" program,
which uses PInvoke.

I hope I could update trampoline generation tomorrow evening, so that
pinvoke.cs test will run too ;-) This needs mostly to implement string
parameters handling.

I hope I didn't break anything. I've tried compile and run tests on
Intel so hopefully not.
