[Mono-list] NDoc

I did download and build beta 2. However, although it built fine w/o any
complaints, I can't seem to run it. Both the gui and the console throw some
unhandled exceptions when I try and launch either of them. There may be more
to the build/install process, however I don't see it. The whole compliled
package is ~300K zipped, I can email it to you if you want.
