[Mono-list] python bindings

The key word there is bindings. Do they just wrap the KDE3 classes or are
they a pure C implementation that doesnt depend on QT? If it uses KDE
classes it probably ends up just using the QT stuff somewhere. I'd be
curious though if it didnt depend on QT.
