[Mono-list] Contributions to Mono

I'm very interested and excited in contributing to the
Mono project. I found that nobody is working on the
following class libraries so far:
1). System.web.mail
2). System.web.services
3). System.messages
If there's no objection, I'll start one of them.
Please let me know if there's any concern.
