Okay... first thing you need to do is learn all about .NET. Mono is based
upon the entire .NET Framework stuff created by Microsoft... so start here
http://msdn.microsoft.com/net/
A good thing to download is the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK. If you want to
learn C# and VB.net get your hands on the Visual Studio .NET release
candidate (it costs about $20) which also contains the Framework, etc.

Hi ,
I'm italian an programmer. I'm a computer science engeneer student and i'd
like to help working at the code.
I know C/C++ , Java and VB but not C# neither VB.NET.
Also i do not know the CLR and the IL. If you can give me the help to
start learning the needed stuffs and
get me working on some of the things required to work at momo , i'll try
to do my best for this amazing project.
I have access to Visual Studio 6 and JBuilder on W2k ( with .NET SDK
Framework beta 2 and CygWin installed )
and to a Linux RedHat 7.2 system with gcc 2.9.5.
What can i start to understand the code you already have created and to
get on the road with the current state
of the project? To witch project i can give my effort? I'll appreciate a
lot if some of you can give me help to
be a productive member of momo.
