[Mono-list] Info on all Mono related projects.

And since right now most people who are working on Mono and .NET are using
Windows quite a bit (most of you are using Outlook or OE for your messages
on this list) for most stuff... it's a good idea to make sure the viewer
runs on Windows too. I'll take a look at all these suggestions. Thanks! :)
