Sorry I went too fast and forgot some bits...

Where do you see just:

get { Environment.GetResourceString("TAG_Hello_Mañana")}

read

get { string temp = Environment.GetResourceString("TAG_Hello_Mañana");
       if (temp == null)
          return "Hello Mañana";  // fallback to original
       else
          return temp;
       }

and similarly for the second form...
