cc-mode is the standard emacs mode for C, C++, Objective C, Java, and
IDL. Given that family I'd suspect C# would be pretty easy too. I was
suprised to see that cc-mode does not already support C#.

I don't see any activity for C#, but again it's a natural place to start.
