Is DateTime expected to cope with lunar calendars (such as the Chinese),
or even Islamic ones (which are based on lunar _observations_ - a cloudy
night can cause events like the start of a month to be delayed, and
which has years roughly 11 days shorter than the Gregorian calendar)?
