It is a possibility.  The only issue is that right now our sysadmins can
not put anything outside of the company firewall (that is why the CVS
server is taking so long). 

This is really unfortunate.  I could put the machine on the colocation
facility, but then it would be impossible to restart sshd if there is a
problem there.
