[Mono-list] Some System Classes

According to slashdot, Microsoft is planning on helping out the Mono
project. If that's the case, I'd like to get some notes on a couple
discrepencies between the ECMA spec, the .NET Framework SDK documentation,
and the actual implementation of their library. Until then, I have an
according-to-spec System.Boolean, System.Convert, and a simple test for
checking my type conversions against mscorlib's.

Should I send it to this list, Miguel, some other maintainer? I was going to
submit it to this list, but with the test class it's kind of big and I don't
know what's an acceptable attachment size for everyone.
