[Mono-list] We have an implementation clash.

I know John has been working on System.Collections.Hashtable, and
today I got a mail from Sergey in which he implemented the same class.

We should avoid to duplicate effort in the future.  Anyways, I have
placed the ZIP file that Sergey mailed me in:

John and Sergey, can you exchange code and review it, and see what we
can do here?  Maybe we can merge the best parts of each
implementaiton.
