Effectively, isn't System.Windows.Forms already an abstraction layer over 
different toolkits? We provide a GTK implementation, and then if people want 
a QT implementation, they can bother TrollTech for their own 
System.Windows.Forms

Similarly for Photon, Beos, Lesstif (is anyone *that* sick?) etc.
